JSCareers Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using any products, services, or content provided by Jarrett Solutions Careers LLC ("JSCareers", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a subscription or accessing any of our services via the Kajabi platform, you ("you", "your", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription & Billing

• JSCareers offers a monthly subscription under our underfunded model through the Kajabi platform.

• Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled by you.

• There is no cancellation fee, and you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

• We do not offer refunds for previous billing periods unless required by law.
  
  

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel at any time by logging into your Kajabi account and managing your subscription settings.

• Access to services, materials, and coaching will continue through the end of your current billing period.
  
  

3. Media Release & Testimonials

By agreeing to these Terms, you grant JSCareers the irrevocable right to:

• Use your written or verbal testimonials, submitted voluntarily or as part of service feedback.

• Use your name, image, video likeness, or voice recording for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes in connection with JSCareers products or services.

• You waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials or receive compensation for such usage.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, templates, course materials, scripts, tools, designs, and other intellectual property provided through JSCareers are the sole property of Jarrett Solutions Careers LLC.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, publish, license, or create derivative works from any part of our materials without express written consent.
  
  

6. Proprietary Rights & Distribution

• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any JSCareers content, materials, worksheets, or systems—whether in original or modified form—is strictly prohibited.

• Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in our programs.

• JSCareers disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
