The Founders: Stephen Jarrett and Tena Palomino
Stephen Jarrett and Tena Palomino are the founding team behind JSCareers. Stephen Jarrett brings over a decade of corporate leadership experience, having led Sales and Operations initiatives at several large enterprises. Tena Palomino complements Jarrett's expertise with her extensive background in talent, HR and people operations. Together, they leveraged their combined knowledge of corporate structures and tech startup philosophies to create JSCareers, a platform designed to empower job seekers at all stages of their careers.
